Rezone small parcels of land along the adopted route alignment for the proposed Calder Highway between Specimen Gully Road and Fogartys Gap Road in the Shire of Mount Alexander from Road Zone 1 to Township Zone| Rezone small parcels of land tot the north of Langs Road and south of Milfords Road in the Shire of Mount Alexander from Public Conservation and Resource Zone to Road Zone 1 Category 1| Amend the Heritage Overlay to remove site HO437| Apply a Design and Development Overlay to land within the adopted route alignment for the proposed Calder Highway between Specimen Gully Road and Fogartys Gap Road in the Shire of Mount Alexander| Amend the extent of existing Developmnet Plan Overlays to delete those parts applying to land required for the new Calder HIghway/Freeway between Specimen Gully Road and Fogartys Gap Road in the Shire of Mount Alexander| Apply a Public Acquisition Overlay to the affected land to identify land to be acquired and reserved for the Calder Highway/Freeway between Specimen Gully road and Fogartys Gap Road in the Shire of Mount Alexander| Amend the schedule to the Rural Zone to exempt VicRoads from the need to obtain a permit for earthworks in relation to the Calder Highway/Freeway construction| Amend the Schedule to the Rural Living Zone to exempt VicRoads from the need to obtain a permit for eathworks in relation to the Clader HIghway/Freeway construction| Amend Schedule 6 to the Environmental Significance Overlay so that no permit is required for works or vegetation removal undertaken by or on behalf of VicRoads required for the construction of the new Calder Highway/freeway between Faraday and Ravenswood on land within a Road zone Category 1 or covered by a Public Acquisition OVerlay| Amend the Schedule to the Erosion Management Overlay so that no permit is required for works or vegetation removal undertaken by or on behalf of VicRoads required for the construction of the Faraday and Ravensood on land within a Road Zone Category 1 or covered by a Public Acquistion Overlay| Amend the Schedule to Clause 52.`7 to exempt VicRoads from the need to obtain a permit to remove destroy or lop native vegetation for the construction of all works for the new Calder Highway/Freeway between Specimen Gully road and Fogartys Gap Road| and Amend the Schedule to Clause 61 to update the list of maps forming part of the Scheme.
