Introduce the General Residential Zone (GRZ) and Neighbourhood Residential Zone (NRZ) into the Queenscliffe Planning Scheme| rezone land in Design and Development Overlay (DDO) Schedules 4 (Point Lonsdale Natural Coastal Area) and 5 (Point Lonsdale Contributory Area) from Residential 1 Zone (R1Z) to GRZ Schedule 1| rezone land in DDO Schedule 1 (Queenscliff) and Schedule 3 (Foreshore Areas) from R1Z to NRZ Schedule 1| rezone land in DDO Schedule 6 (Fishermans Flat and Environs) from R1Z to NRZ Schedule 2| delete the R1Z from the Scheme and update the planning scheme map notations with the recently introduced reformed commercial zones.
