Makes alterations to Schedule 1 to Special Use Zone (Coal Mining) in Moorabool Planning Scheme in order to remove the limitation that no use or development of land in Special Use 1 Zone is permissable prior to approval by ra of Maddingley Brown Coal Management Plan & Development Plan. Land zoned Special Use 1 under the Moorabool Planning Scheme and generally bounded by Bacchus Marsh-Geelong Road Smiths Road Rowsley Station Road Osborne Street the Ballarat (North Western) Railway South Maddingley Road Gaynor Street and East Maddingley Road Maddingley Shire of Moorabool. Total area of land affected by amendment is approx 700 ha.
