Rezone the parcel of land to the west of the Central Square Shopping Centre Altona Meadows between Central Avenue and Petre Avenue to the eastern boundary of the residential lots abutting Myers Parade from Residential 1 Zone to a Business 1 Zone and amend the Schedule to the Business 1 Zone to increase the maximum combined leasable floor area to 15 000 square metres at the Central Square Shopping Centre Centre| The planning permit application is for the use and development of the above for a Discount Department Sore speciality shops and associated car parking and other buildings and works.
