Introduce Clause 32.06 - Residential 3 Zone and the associated Schedule into the Planning Scheme. Rezone land at 20 Levanto Street Mentone (Lot 1 on Plan of Subdivision 315709V Certificate of Title Volume 10087 Folio 347) known as the former Chicquita Reserve from a Residential 1 Zone to a Residential 3 Zone. Replace Schedule 3 to the Development Plan Overlay with a revised Schedule. Delete the Environmental Audit Overlay applying to the land.
