Rezones 15 Knox Street Carrum Downs from Industrial 1 Zone to Residential 1 Zone. Rezones 34R William Road Carrum Downs from Residential 1 Zone to Public Park and Recreation Zone. Rezones 255-271 McCormicks Road Carrum Downs from Residential 1 Zone to Public Use Zone - Education. Rezones land at the intersection of Beach Street and Cranbourne Road Frankston from Residential 1 Zone to Public Use Zone Local Government and Road Zone Category 1. Makes minor changes to the boundaries of Residential 1 Zone Public Use Zone Other Public Use and Public Park & Recreation Zone in the vicinity of Pindarra Boulevard and Cranbourne Frankston Road Langwarrin and rezone land in the same area adjoining Boggy Creek from Residential 1 to Public Use Zone Service and Utility. Makes minor changes to the boundaries of the Residential 1 Zone and Rural Conservation Zone 1 at Numbers. 20 28 30 34 & 36 Homestead Road and 490 Cranbourne Frankston Road Langwarrin. Makes minor changes to the Planning Scheme boundary adjoining Mornington Peninsula Shire between Port Phillip and Nepean Highway at Frankston South and include part of Nepean Highway in a Road Zone Category 1. Rezones 304 Frankston Flinders Road Frankston South (the former Baxter School Plantation Reserve) from Public Use Zone Education to Public Conservation and Resource Zone. Rezones reserves along Boggy Creek at Morecroft Way Langwarrin from Residential 1 Zone to Public Park and Recreation Zone. Deletes the Heritage Overlay from land formerly known as 85 Broderick Road Carrum Downs and from 50 Warringa Road Frankston. Reduces the extent of Heritage Overlay at land formerly know as 140 North Road Langwarrin so that it only affects Numbers. 142 & 144 North Road and 2 & 4 Trentham Way. Includes land at the eastern end of Colbert Court Frankston South in a Public Acquisition Overlay Schedule 1. Re-introduces reference to drainage and flood constraints and use of Special Building Overlay in the Municipal Strategic Statement at Clauses 21.04 (Housing) and 21.05 (Commerce and Industry). Reintroduces heritage controls in the schedule to the Heritage Overlay for land at 1195 Dandenong Frankston Road Carrum Downs The GK Tucker Brotherhood of St. Laurence Settlement. Modifies the schedule to the Heritage Overlay by changing the address of the heritage place at North Road Langwarrin.
