The Amendment inserts Schedule 1 to Clause 44.06 Bushfire Management Overlay so that a permit is not required to construct or carry out works associated with one dwelling on a lot on land that does not meet the criteria to be included in the Bushfire Management Overlay. The land affected is plan subdivision 632207 along Gladstone Street, Maryborough.
