The amendment proposes to make the following changes to the Wangaratta Planning Scheme: - Includes in the Floodway Overlay those areas of the Ovens River flood plain between Whorouly and Wangaratta identified as having the greatest risk and frequency of being affected by flooding. - Includes in the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay those areas of the Ovens River flood plain between Whorouly and Wangaratta identified as likely to be affected by a 1 in 100 year flood. - Amends the schedule to Clause 61 to update the list of maps forming part of the Scheme.
