Amends Planning Scheme Map number 85 to rezone the land bounded by Alexanders Road in the west the Gippsland railway line in the south the Old Melbourne Road in the north and properties east of Coonuc Road in the east from Rural Living Zone to Special Use Zone 8 Morwell Traralgon Corridor| Inserts a new local planning policy being the Morwell Traralgon Corridor policy| Inserts Schedule 8 to the Special Use Zone being Special use Zone 8 Morwell Traralgon Corridor| Amends Clauses 21.03 and 21.04 in the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) to recognise the Morwell Traralgon Corridor in the Land Use Framework Plan and Transport Corridors Plan| Replaces the Schedule to the Rural Living Zone| and Incorporates the following documents into the Latrobe Planning Scheme: Morwell-Traralgon Corridor Policy prepared by Moser Planning Services Pty Ltd 2003:- the Flora Values and Fauna Habitat in the Morwell-Traralgon Corridor Victoria Final Report February 2003 prepared by Biosis Research| and the Latrobe Regional Airport Master Plan prepared by Ove Arup & Partners Aerodrome Operation support Pty Ltd and Essential Economics 1988 amended March 99 and subsequent.
