Authorisation No: A0266 The amendment rezones the land from Rural Zone to a combination of Business 4 Zone (B4Z) Business 2 Zone (B2Z) and Residential 1 Zone (R1Z). Introduces a schedule to the Business 4 Zone Introduces a Development Plan Overlay to cover the entire site and inserts Schedule 7 to the Development Plan Overlay. Removes the Development Plan Overlay 1 which currently affects the eastern portion of the land. The introduction of the DPO7 to the subject site will ensure that a comprehensive master planning approach is taken to provide a development which responds to the existing and future urban context
