Amendment C021 (Glenelg)

Applies to land covered by Schedules 1 to 6 of the Development Plan Overlay except for an area included in Schedule 5 on the south-east corner of Princes Highway and Camp Road Narrawong known as the Convincing Ground. The amendment amends Schedules 1 to 6 of the Development Plan Overlay to remove reference to Development Plans being incorporated in the Scheme and to include an interim provision in each schedule to enable the Council to consider permit applications before the preparation of a Development Plan subject to decision guidelines
