Replace the existing Alpine Resorts Strategic Statements at Clause 21 of the Local Planning Policy Framework with a new Clause 21, update the Aboriginal Heritage Policy for Falls Creek and Mt Buller, update the Car Parking Policy for Falls Creek, Mt Buller and Mt Hotham, remove the incorporated document Alpine Development Code 1997 and replace it with Clause 22.01_3 Urban Design in Alpine Resorts and make other minor consequential changes.
