The amendment proposes to: Rezone Parcels 1 and 2 from Rural Zone (RUZ) to Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) and include the land in Development Plan Overlay Schedule 5 (DPO5)| Rezone Parcels 3 and 4 from Rural Zone (RUZ) to Residential 1 Zone (R1Z) and include the land in Development Plan Overlay Schedule 4 (DPO4).
