Inserts the Business 5 Zone provisions into the planning scheme, replaces Schedule 1 to the Environmental Significance Overlay surrounding the Maryborough Wastewater Treatment Plant with Schedule 2 to the Environmental Significance Overlay, replaces Schedule 3 to the Environmental Significance Overlay near the Maryborough Airport with a new Schedule 2 to the Design and Development Overlay and amends the Schedule to Clause 61.03..
