The amendment proposes to: Rezone approx. 180 ha. of land on the northern and southern sides of Coyles Road from Rural Zone and Environmental Rural Zone to Rural Living Zone | Rezone approx. 13 ha. of land on the north-west corner of Coyles Road and Ingrams Road from Rural Zone to Low Density Residential Zone | Rezone about 15 ha. of land on the eastern side of Probyns Road from Rural Zone to Industrial 1 Zone | Introduce the Development Plan Overlay over the land to be rezoned to Rural Living| Removes two small areas of approx. 1 ha. In area from the Environmental Significance Overlay to the south of Coyles Road| Introduces a new Schedule to the Rural Living Zone to restrict lot areas for the land being rezoned as Rural Living to a minimum of 3 ha.
