Amendment C019 (Moonee Valley)
Apply a Design and Development Overlay to both the existing rail reservation between Maribyrnong River and Steele Creek and future route of the Melbourne Airport Rail Link to require that a permit be issued for new buildings and works in respect of the Melbourne Airport Rail Link. If these buildings and works are considered to be in conformity with the Development Plan approved under the requirements of the Development Plan Overlay the permit will be exempt from the notice objection and review provisions of the Act| Make the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for the approval of the Development Plan and Environmental Management Plan required under the Development Plan Overlay also for the planning permit required under the Design and Development Plan Overlay| Exempt from the requirement for a permit buildings and works in respect of the Melbourne Airport Rail Link in locations where the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay exists| Delete from the land within the rail reservation the Design and Development Overlay ( Schedule 1 ) and Incorporated Plan Overlay ( Schedule 1)
