Rezones approximately 180 hectares of land at the eastern entrance to Ararat near Green Hill Lake from Farming Zone to part Residential 1 Zone and part Low Density Residential Zone. Applies the Design and Development Overlay to provide for buffers to nearby sensitive land uses and the Development Plan Overlay to ensure future development is consistent with the Ararat East Concept Plan 2012.
