Amendment C019 (Alpine Resorts)

Reintroduce a provision in the schedule to the Comprehensive Development Zone to the proposed realignment or undergrounding of the Great Alpine Road (a RDZ1 road) at Mt Hotham Village. The provision specifies that any realignment or undergrounding must be generally in accordance with the Local Planning Policy Framework or any Incorporated Document. The provision was introduced as part of Amendment C17 Part I which introduced the masterplan for the redevelopment of the Mt Hotham village. In addition this amendment introduces two minor changes to the wording in the Comprehensive Development Plan relating to the height of buildings to address an identified category.
