Rezones to Road Zone Category 1 the area of land between just south of Metcalfe-Taradale Road east of Taradale in an arc north-westwards to Ellerys Road (also known as Knoblocks Road) Faraday including an extension to the west of Elphinstone acquired by VicRoads for the purpose of constructing the Calder Freeway| Deletes the Public Acquisition Overlay from PAO Maps 25 33 34 and 36| Amends Schedule 1 (Eppalock) to the Environmental Significance Overlay to add planning permit exemptions for approved Freeway works and for vegetation removal| Amends Schedule 5 (Watercourses) to the Enviromental Significance Overlay to add planning permit exemptions for approved Freeway works and for vegetation removal| Amends Schedule 1 to the Design and Development Overlay to clarify that the permit requirement applies only where buildings and works should include Freeway noise attenuation measures| Amends Schedule to Clause 52.17 which already allows native vegetation removal for the project to change the description of the land| Amends Schedule to Clause 61 to remove reference to maps 25 33 34 and 36PAO.
