Replace the current Clause 21 (Municipal Strategic Statement) with a new Clause 21. Delete a number of Policies under Clause 22 and renumber and replace policies in Clause 22. Correct a number of mapping errors by rezoning parcels of land add to and make corrections to the Heritage Overlay. Apply an Environmental Significant Overlay to parts of McKenzie Boggy Burnt Norton and Natimuk Creeks and the Wimmera River north of Polkemmet bridge Introduce Schedule 1 to the Special Use Zone (Horsham Golf Club)| and other minor changes.
