Amendment C018 (Alpine Resorts)
Implements the recommendations of the Alpine Resorts Planning Scheme Streamlining the Process Final Report, August 2006 by deleting the Vegetation Protection Overlay from the Falls Creek Village and including the same land in an Environmental Significance Overlay, introducing buildings and works exemptions for minor matters in the Comprehensive Development Zone Schedule 1 and 2, Design and Development Overlay Schedule 1, 2 and 3, Erosion Management Overlay Schedule 1, and formatting changes and correction of various anomalies to assist with Planning Scheme interpretation.
