Amendment C017 (Strathbogie)

Replaces the current Wildfire Management Overlay mapping with updated mapping/areas prepared through the Country Fire Authority and Strathbogie Municipal Fire Prevention Committee for designation by Council as Bushfire Prone Areas under the Building Act 1993| Amends (and reduces) the area presently covered by the Wildfire Management Overlay by including new Wildfire Management Overlay maps throughout the municipality to include mapping/areas prepared through the Country Fire Authority (CFA) and Strathbogie Municipal Fire Prevention Committee for designation by Council as Bushfire Prone Areas under the Building Act 1993| Amends the schedule to Clause 61.01-61.04 to reflect the updated list of Wildfire Management Overlay planning scheme maps including the new maps that are being inserted into the Strathbogie Planning Scheme.
