Authorisation No A778 Make corrections to various maps and overlay provisions in the Ararat Planning Scheme so that it can be properly administered. Reinsert four maps into the Rural Living Zone (RLZ) schedule that are referred to in the schedule table but were inadvertently deleted in the approved version of the amendment| delete the Vegetation Protection Overlay Schedule 1 (reference 53) from land at Mt Abrupt Road Glenthompson and 245 Wannon River Road Glenthompson and to reinstate VP01 (53) into Schedule of 42.02| make typographical corrections in Vegetation Protection Overlay Schedule 2 by bolding Chatsworth - Wickcliffe Road (reference 82) and Woorndoo Streatham Road (reference 93)| reinstate the Township Zone (TZ) to part of the land at Lot 2 PS 524578 Lake Bolac| list Incorporated Documents referred to in Clause 22.02 but not listed in the schedule to Clause 81. The scope of the amendment has been modified during consideration for certification. The section of the amendment relating to changes to the List of Incorporated Documents is deleted as its inclusion in the amendment was made in error. All other aspects of the amendment remain as exhibited.
