Rezones the former Queenscliff High School land from part Public Use Zone 2 (Education) and part Residential 1 Zone to part Public Park and Recreation Zone part Public Use Zone 7 (other public use) and part Residential 1 Zone| The amendment also removes the Environmental Audit Overlay and given the extent of the land to be rezoned as Public Park and Recreation Zone amends the schedule to clause 52.01 to specify a nil contribution requirement for public open space for the land to be rezoned Residential 1 Zone.
