Amendment C014 (Surf Coast)
Replaces the exisiting Design and Development Overlay Schedule 2 to the extent that it applies to the affected land with a new Design and Development Overlay Schedule 7 (DDO7)| It extends the application of the new DDO7 to apply to the whole of the land at 59 55 and 55A Surf Coast Highway and to include 77 Beach Road.| It also amends the existing Design and Development Overlay Schedule 2 to limit it s application to the Bell Street area of Torquay.
