Amendment C011 (Yarriambiack)
Amends Schedule 3 to the Environmental Significance Overlay to remove the need for planning permits for vegetation clearance. Amends the schedules to Clause 52.17 to exempt the project from the native vegetation provisions of the Planning Scheme provided the project is constructed in accordance with the Wimmera Malle Pipeline Project EMP Framework and Detailed Design Phase Supply System 5 - Murray/Culgoa (6 June 2007).
