Amendment C010 (Murrindindi)
The amendment undertakes a series of relatively minor and corrective rezonings and changes to overlays in the Murrindindi Planning Scheme. The amendment: - Rezones various parcels of land in the municipality to make corrective changes to reflect land ownership and use including rezoning Goulburn Valley Water sites to Public Use 1 (Service and Utility). - Reduces the application of the Environmental Significance Overlay in townships and public use sites. - Removes the Development Plan Overlay from a site in The Boulevard Eildon. - Removes the Erosion Management Overlay from public land east of the Toolangi township. - Makes minor changes to four Clause 22 policies (Agriculture and rural land Catchment management and landcare Remnant vegetation and grasses and Dams) to reflect current strategies requirements and department procedures. - Replaces the schedules to the Environmental Significance Overlay Vegetation Protection Overlay Erosion Management Overlay and both schedules to the Significanct Landscape Overlay to reduce minor planning permit requirements and referrals. - Replaces Schedule 1 to the Development Plan Overlay to introduce performance based decision guidelines for subdivision design and development in the Residential 1 Zone.
