Amend Schedule 2 to the Comprehensive Development Zone to allow for the development of the former Caltex Service Station site in Fitzroy Street St Kilda (generally east of the light rail line) and the St Kilda Railway Station site on the corner of Fitzroy Street and Canterbury Road St Kilda (generally west of the light rail line) in accordance with an approved Comprehensive Development Plan| The Plan shows the land to be developed and used for the purpose of:- - mixed use development comprising 45 residential apartments - retail floor space including a supermarket and specialty shops and associated carparking - modified access arrangements for the St Kilda Primary School and to Balluk William Court - retail and restaurant uses within and adjacent to the existing station buildings - development and use of two residential apartment buildings comprising 58 residential apartments retail floor space and associated basement carparking Apply an Environmental Audit Overlay to the site ** Transitional amendment (former Port Phillip Planning Scheme Amendment L66) **
