These provide specific guidance for the use and development of land both north and south of the Ovens River in the vicinity of Faithfull Street and Apex Park| Rezones land on the north eastern side of Faithfull Street south-west of the Ovens River between Ovens Street and Murphy Street from a Business 2 Zone to a Business 1 Zone| Includes properties at 48-58 Faithfull St in a Public Acquisition Overlay| All of the land along the north eastern side of Faithfull St south-west of the Ovens River between Ovens St and Murphy St in a Design and Development Overlay to enable specific design and built from objectives to be translated into planning controls
