Amendment C009 (Central Goldfields)

Introduces the Rural Conservation and Farming Zones into the Scheme and rezones all land in the Environmental Rural Zone to Rural Conservation and all land in the Rural Zone to the Farming Zone. The Environmental Rural Zone and Rural Zone are deleted from the Scheme
