Deletes the Environmental Significance Overlay Schedule 5 - Residential areas without reticulated sewerage (ESO5) from land zoned Residential 1 Zone at Tenby Point and land zoned Township Zone at Bass Archies Creek and Dalyston| Deletes Development Plan Overlay Schedule 6 - Cowes south-east industrial residential and low density residential area (DPO6) from land in Cowes generally bounded by Cowes-Rhyll Road Thompson Road Dunsmore Road and south of Walton Street| Amends the provisions of Schedule 6 to Clause 43.04 - Development Plan Overlay - Cowes south-east industrial and low density residential area to modify the name of the overlay and to remove references to land where the overlay is being removed as a consequence of this amendment| Corrects a number of errors in the zoning maps to reflect public and/or private ownership of land at Cowes and Inverloch and to align zone/property boundaries| Amends the Municipal Strategic Statement (MSS) to: Reflect the actions contained in the Bass Coast Shire Corporate Plan 2002-2003| Delete the supporting actions studies and reports referred to in the MSS that have now been completed| Reflect the changes to the use of overlays resulting from changes in this amendment| Corrects the Schedule to Clause 81 to include two incorporated plans currently referred to in Clause 36.03.
