Amendment C008 (Alpine Resorts)

The amendment introduces a new Comprehensive Development Plan for the Buller Gateway site (being Sites 117 and 118 and unallocated land between the Administration Centre and the La Trobe University site boundary at the junction of the Mt Buller Tourist Road and Summit Road Mount Buller Alpine Resort) in the form of an Incorporated Document at Clause 81 of the Alpine Resorts Planning Scheme and removes the site from the existing Design and Development Overlay: The amendment also introduces reference to the One Tree Hill and Buller Gateway Comprehensive Development Plans in the zone provisions.
